Issue with OpenCart Extension Compatibility on Windows 11

Hi, I’m facing an unexpected issue while running my OpenCart setup on a Windows 11 environment. Some extensions behave inconsistently — especially during installation and when accessing specific admin panel pages. I’ve already checked file permissions and basic server requirements, but the issue still appears intermittently.

Could you please guide me on whether Windows 11 might affect OpenCart’s local environment behavior or if there are any recommended configurations for stable performance?
