After installing a third-party extension (unsure which one exactly), my website's product pages are not displaying correctly, and the checkout process freezes at the shipping method step. I'm using OpenCart v3.x with a custom theme. I don’t have much technical knowledge, so I need help identifying the issue and restoring normal functionality.
