Looking for solution or refund - Google Shopping

I recently integrated Google Shipping with my OpenCart store and added $100 to my account for setting up campaigns. However, while configuring my campaign, I noticed that my target country, Kuwait, is not listed as an option.

Could you please advise on the following:

Is there a way to enable Kuwait as a target country?
If not, are there any alternative solutions or configurations to reach my target audience in Kuwait?
If Kuwait is not supported, can the added funds be refunded or used in another way?

  Unfortunately, Google Shopping does not currently support Kuwait as a target country. As an alternative, you might consider Google Ads for broader reach. Regarding your funds, please check Google's refund policies or use the balance for other campaigns
