    Hi, It sounds like the payment gateway integration is completing the transaction successfully, but the issue may be happening during the callback/return process, where the order confirmation data should be passed back to your website and saved in the database. That’s usually why payment gets completed but the buyer/product details don’t appear in the Dashboard or Orders section. A few things you may want to check: 

    Verify that the CCavenue return URL / callback URL is configured correctly. 
    Make sure the payment response is updating your order status in the database. 
    Check your site logs for any errors after payment completion. 
    Confirm whether your module version is fully compatible with v1.4.9.5. 

    I dealt with a similar issue before and found some useful troubleshooting steps in this payment integration guide that might help while waiting for official support. If everything is configured correctly, you may need to contact the module developer because it could be a compatibility bug. Hope you get it fixed soon!
